Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with iron deficiency and mild anaemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe anaemia, prescription medication or supplement use; a history of serious illness, under acute medical care within the last 3 months, the presence of any other disease (reported), and food allergies.
