Interventions

Intervention1: Moxifloxacin and dexamethasone delivered through extended wear contact lens: Moxifloxacin (0.5 %w/v) + Dexamethasone (0.1 %w/v) commercially available fixed dose combination eye drop w
1 drop 4 times daily in second week and 1 drop 2 times daily in 3rd week then stop

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult senile uncomplicated Cataract patients 41 and above to 75 years of Age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coexistence of other ocular disease 2. Age Above 75 years 3. Female with child bearing Potential 4. Known Malignancy 5. Known HIV 6. Uncontrolled Systemic Diseases
