Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Spontaneously or mechanically ventilated
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 years 2. Those with cardiac arrhythmias at the time of measurement 3. Carotid artery stenosis >50 % or occluded carotid arteries 4. PLR Exclusions - Head injury/ intracranial hypertension, lower limb amputations, on NIPPV, venous compression stockings, and intraabdominal hypertension 5. Impossible to get vascular Doppler measurements 6. Refusal of consent
