Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients who have willing to participate in the study. 2.Third trimester antenatal mothers with gestational age beyond 29 weeks. 3.Visible oedema in ankle and feet. 4.Mothers who have physiological oedema
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Mothers who are mentally disturbed. 2.Mothers who have pathological oedema. 3.High risk mothers (hyperemesis, eclampsia, Preeclampsia alcoholic, drug abuse mothers). 4.Mothers who have diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis and varicose vein.
