our study aim to determine whether expression of Fcï?§RIII on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (NK-Tcells& monocytes) and its polymorphism determines the response to treatment to rituximab in pemphigus.

To assess the role of Fcy RIIIA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells on treatment response with rituximab in patients of pemphigus- an observational study - NA

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determinewhether CD16(Fcï?§RIII)expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells assessed by flowcytometry correlates with treatment response in patients of pemphigus treated with rituximab following rheumatoid arthritis protocol.Timepoint: 9 months following rituximab

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To determine whetherCD16 polymorphism (Fcï?§RIIIA158V) determines the response to treatment to rituximab in patients of pemphigus.Timepoint: Anytime
