Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having clinical signs and symptoms of pandu roga as well as iron deficiency anaemia. Patient having Hb 6gm % to 10gm %will be selected. Patient having pandu roga without any complications will be selected. patients belonging to the age group of 16 to 60 yers of either sex irrespective of sex, religion, socio-economical status etc. patients willing and able to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of other systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Patient with history of congenital disorders related with haemopoepetic system like sickle cell anaemia, thalassemia, leukaemia, aplastic amaemia amd haemophilla. Patients suffering wiht any infectious disease like malaria dyphoid etc. Patients having anaemia due bleding piles menorrhagia. Patients suffring from disorders of the gastrointestinal system assiociaded with gastero intestinal bleeding like colorectal malignancy, gastritis, peptic ulceration and inflammatory bowel disese. Patients on cronic use Aspirin and NSAIDs. pregnent and lactationg women
