Inclusion criteria: Prolonged morning stiffness swelling multiple involved joints for 6 weeks or longer swelling especially inter-phalangeal joints rheumatoid factors positive and or negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnency and lactation Tubercular arthritis diabetic mellitus Hyper tension Psoriatic arthritis
