Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Thymoma with or without myasthenia gravis. 2. Patients suitable for minimal access techniques (Video Assisted/ Robot Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not consenting for surgery. 2. Patients with large thymoma not suitable for minimal access approach. 3. Patients with uncontrolled Myasthenia Gravis. 4. Invasive thymoma or Thymic Carcinoma. 5. Patients who received pre-operative chemotherapy/radiotherapy.
