Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiology physical status 2, obese patients ( BMI >=30kg/m2) undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper airway pathology 2. Cervical spine fracture 3. Facial fracture and maxillofacial abnormality 4. Interincisor distance 5. Loose or prominent upper incisors 6. Patients with past history of difficult intubation 7. Pregnant patients
