Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young Healthy Adults in the age group of 20-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects participating in any form of exercise program. 2. More than 2 positive responses in Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ+ QUESTIONNAIRE). 3. Any history of acute medical illness in past one month. 4. Any history of joint pains of Lower Limb. 5. Any subject diagnosed with Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiac disease, Neurological disease and Thyroid disease. 6. Unwilling to participate in the study.

MeasureTime frame
1.Sub- Maximal Oxygen Uptake- VO2 Max. Timepoint: 1.Sub- Maximal Oxygen Uptake- VO2 Max to be checked at the end of 2nd and 4th week post the enrollment.
