Intervention1: Group A- Virechana karma followed by Patoladhanyakadi kwatha( Orally) 20 ml twice a day for 4 weeks : Snehapana with cow ghee folloewd by Virechana karma with Trivritta avaleha 80 to 10

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from hyperacidety and eligible for Virechana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patientsbelow 18 years and above 60 years, patients who are clinically unfit for virechana karma , lactating and pregnant women , severe complicating systemic illness
