Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients of age between 18 to 65 years, undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy (MRM) surgery under General Anaesthesia (GA). Patients willing to give informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of anaphylaxis or allergy to the study drugs ASA 3 and ASA 4 patients Patient having renal,hepatic dysfunction or cardiovascular dusfunction (ejection fraction History of chronic pain BMI more than and equal to 30kg/m square Psychaitric disorders or drug abuse Chronic use of opioids or alcohol
