Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Subjects ranging in age from 15 to 25 years and diagnosed with Class I bimaxillary protrusion, Class II camouflage cases, requiring maxillary first premolar extraction as a part of their standard orthodontic care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are not willing to voluntarily take part in the study. Subjects with periodontitis. Subjects with grossly decayed maxillary first premolar. Subjects with any systemic diseases or syndrome. Subjects under any medication up to four months before the study.
