Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult subjects with age 40 and above Gender: Both males and females Diagnosis: POAG, PACG, PXFG Undergoing Trabeculectomy+ MMC alone or combined with Phacoemulsification+ IOL Fornix based conjunctival flap with triangular scleral flap with one apical suture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Secondary Glaucoma Sensitivity to tetracycline Unwillingness to participate Undergoing repeat trabeculectomy Limbal-based trabeculectomy
