Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: K/c/o beta thalassemia patients will be preferred on the basis of Hb-electrophoresis for present study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: k/c/o HIV,HBV infection,hepatic failure or such major illness will be excluded.pregnant women Patient having haemorrhagic disorder. Surgical intervention like splenectomy
