Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I/II Unilateal TKR Varus TKR Mild Valgus TKR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Refusal ASA III/IV patient, Severe Valgus knee Bilateral TKR Acute/Chronic kidney disease Allergic to LA Age below 25 and above 75 yrs Neurological deficit Cognitive dysfuntion
