Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >18years, Both men and women, patients with acute/sub-acute/chronic neurological disorders, patients who are cognitively sound, ability to read kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with communication disorders, patients undergoing treatment with immune modulatory drugs, patients with co-existing disorders of other systems influencing fatigue, patients who do not understand simple instructions

Scores of Kannada Version Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS) Scores of Visual Analogue Fatigue Scale (VAFS)Timepoint: First visit: patients will be asked to fill Kannada version fatigue severity scale and visual analogue fatigue scale Second visit: 1 day after the first visit, patients will be asked to fill only Kannada version fatigue severity scale
