Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosis of VDDR 1 or VDDR 2 at any age. • VDDR-I- Hypocalcaemia, increased serum concentrations of PTH, and low or undetectable serum concentrations of 1, 25(OH) VitD despite normal or increased concentrations of 25OHD. • VDDR-II- Hypocalcaemia, hypophosphatemia, raised serum alkaline phosphatase, high serum 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 and secondary hyperparathyroidism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those patients with VDDR1 and VDDR2 were excluded from the study who had inadequate biochemical information andhad inadequate follow up.
