Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone Total knee replacement: Either unilateral or bilateral

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient opting for Concurrent physical therapy treatment in a different setting 2)Patient receiving home care from another physiotherapist 3)Neurological conditions affecting the upper and lower limb 4)Recent evidence of Deep vein thrombosis in the leg 5)Signs of infection at the site of incision 6)Known visual deficits 7)Known balance deficits

1)Self Efficacy To Exercise (See) Scale 2)Modified 30 Seconds Sit To Stand Test 3)Exercise Diary Log Timepoint: 1)Self efficacy to exercise (see) scale: Pre-rating of scale during the time of discharge and post rating at the 2 weeks follow up. 2)Modified 30 seconds sit to stand test: Pre-assessment during the time of discharge and post assessment at the 2 weeks follow up 3)Exercise diary log: This will be given to the patient at the time of discharge. Filled diary log will be collected at the 2 weeks follow up.
