Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age equal to or greater than 65 2.Histologically confirmed diagnosis of malignancy. 3.Patient without major cognitive impairment, who can understand and agree to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete medication list

1.To study the prevalence of polypharmacy in elderly cancer patients. 2.To study the prevalence of use of complementary/ alternative medicine in elderly cancer patients. 3.To study the presence of drug interactions of baseline prescribed medications with the planned systemic therapy. 4.To evaluate if any socio-demographic characteristics, comorbidities, baseline laboratory parameters or specific geriatric variables correlate with PIM usage.
