Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with endometriotic cyst by clinical examination and ultrsound 2. ovarian endometrioma <6cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.history of hormonal treatment in the past 3 mnoths 2.FSH >15 mIU/ml 3. pregnancy 4. post menopausal 5. prevoius ovarian surgery
