Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this study is to compare two indices, the Tobin Index (TI) and Integrative Weaning Index(IWI) to identify the better predictor of weaning success or failureTimepoint: The outcome will be assessed once the number of study participants as per sample size will be recruited ,in the month of July 2020

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the effect of including a weaning predictor on the duration (days) of ICU stay ,and to ass the accurate timing of weaning to avoid premature weaning.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed once the number of study participants as per sample size will be recruited, in the month of July 2020
