Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral facial pain which is of intense and sharp and stinging in nature Evoking of pain during chewing, smiling, etc Feeling of tactile stimuli in face, lips, tongue on washing the face or exposure to an air

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any CNS lesions Migraine Sinusitis Temporal arteritis Any serious systemic illness patient who is not willing to participate in the study

Good-Complete abolishment of symptoms during the treatment and during the drugless follow up for 6 months Moderate-Partial reduction in freqency and magnitude of pain during the treatment and during the drugless follow up for 6 months Poor-No/partial reduction of frequency of pain with same pretreatment status during drugless follow up periodTimepoint: 1 year
