Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of any sex aged 18-45 years Duration of the disease more than 12 weeks Having typical symptoms of chronic rhinosinusitis ie rhinorrhea nasal congestion, frontal headache, Nasal itching and frequent sneezing for more than 12 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged less than 18 years or more than 45 years Nasal polyp, deviated nasal septum Local pathology such as mucocele, cyst, antrochonal polyp, facial trauma Diabetes mellitus and any other illness requiring long term treatment Pregnant or Lactating Women Significant Pulmonary/Cardiovascular/Hepato-renal Dysfunction Known cases of Immunocompromised states (HIV/ AIDS, etc.)/ Malignancies Patient not willing to attend treatment schedule regularly
