Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm scheduled for coil embolisation procedure 2. Age 18 years and above 3. WFNS grade 1and 2 patients36 /Modified Hunt and Hess Clinical Grade 1 and 2 patients 4. Modified Fisher grade 1 and 2 patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodynamically unstable patients 2 Intubated patients 3. Patients receiving sedative agents 4. Patients diagnosed to have vasculitis 5. Patients diagnosed to have cerebral vasospasm clinically or radiologically 6. Hematocrit of less than 30% and more than 45%
