Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)patients having classical signs and symptoms of ashmari 2)size of calculus less than 8 mm 3) bilateral and unilateral calculus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) size of calculus more than 8 mm 2) impacted stones 3) patients suffering from pyelonephritris 4) patient having gross hydronephrosis 5) in case patient requires immediate surgical intervention 6)pregnant women 7)patient contraindicated for kshar karma 8) patients suffering from systemic illness , hiv , malignancy ,ccf, ihd , tb
