Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy males and females between the age group of 18-25 years. 2.Subjects willing to participate 3.Positive Thoracolumbar fascia length test 4.Restricted lumbar flexion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of low back pain and any other discomfort since last 3-6 months 2.Previous history of any trauma/ injury of the spinal structure since last 1 year 3.Presence of neurological conditions 4.Presence of tumor
