Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 to 75 years 2. ASA grade I or II 3. Body mass index less than 40 kg/m2 4. Able to comprehend and cooperate 5. Patients posted for bilateral total knee arthroplasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Age 75 years 3. ASA grade III and IV 4. Body mass index >= 40 kg/m2 5. Patients with history of substance abuse, chronic opioid use 6. Patients who have hearing or cognitive dysfunctions 7. Patients with history of psychiatric illness 8. Patients reporting allergy to any of the drugs used as a part of protocol 9. Patients done under general anaesthesia
