Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II Aged 15 to 65 Including either gender, scheduled for elective surgeries under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Baseline heart rate less than 60 per minute Baseline blood pressure less than 100/50 mm of Hg Allergic reactions to drugs History of Hypertension and cardia diseases Requiring 2 more attempts for videoendoscopic intubation and use of more sedation will be excluded from the study.
