Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from typical lakshanas of Kshina-artava Married or Unmarried patient Patients having amenorrhea more than 35 days Patients having scanty menses having menstrual flow less than 3 days as compare to previous menses & yonivedna Patiens ready for clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Patient with operable organic, congenital or acquired defect in female genital tract. ii. Patients having abnormalities of anorectal canal. iii. Patients taking oral contraceptive pills & having IUCDâ??s, Tubectomy etc. iv. Patients taking antidepressant therapy. v. Patients having systemic disease like DM, HTN, Hypothyrodism, HIV, HbsAg, VDRL, Prolactamemia, Tuberculosis, Uterine Fibroid, Complex ovarian cyst, dermoid cyst, cystadenomas of ovary. vi. Patients suffering Uterine Synechiae, malignancy, endometriosis. vii. Pregnancy, lactating and post-natal female. viii. Patients of age group pre and post menopause
