Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above age of 30 yrs of either sex fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Madhumeha (DM) will be included in the clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Renal diseases like Hydronephrosis, nephritic syndrome, polycystic kidney, renal calculi. 2.Patients of HIV, Hepatitis 3.Patients with evidence of malignancy. 4.Any other drug that may have an influence on the outcome of the study will be excluded for the clinical study.
