Intervention1: Agnikarma: Agnikarma will be done with the electricity induced heating of the thermal probe ranging from temperature 200 degree Celsius to maximum of 300 degree Celsius on maximum of 8

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i)patient suffering from sandhivata of janu pradesh having classical symptoms such as vedana, stabdhta ,prasarana ankunchan pravruti savedana. ii)BMI between 18-26 iii) Upto grade 3 of k and l radiological grading of osteoarthritis iv)Patient with chronicity upto maximum 10 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Grade 4 of k and l radiological grading for osteoarthritis. ii)patient with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, reumatoid arthritis, S.L.E, gouty arthritis, bone Tb, Malignancy,Trauma induced pain, sports injury. iii)pregnant and lactating women. iv) patient with severe anemia. v)Other vata vyadhis except sandhigata vata. vi) Secondary osteoarthritis. vii) patients who are contraindicated for agnikarma and swedana procedure.
