Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II and posted for infra umbilical surgery under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant, emergency, coagulation abnormalities, short stature, allergic to tramadol and local anaesthetic.
