Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 2-8 years 2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists Grade I /II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with restricted head and neck movement 2. Craniofacial abnormality 3. Intraoral or pharyngeal masses 4. Any pathology of respiratory tract 5. Known case of cervical spine instablity 6. Any surgery where endotracheal intubation is not required

1. Change in ETT tip to carina distance with head extension 2. Changes in vocal cord to carina distance in response to head flexion and extension 3. Changes in incisor teeth to vocal cord distance in response to head flexion and extension Timepoint: 12 months
