Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: bilaterally partially edentulous maxillary and mandibular arch. alveolar bone width minimum 5mm and height 10mm. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: alcoholism,smoking,active infection,medical conditions like cardiovascular diseases. active chemotherapy and radiotherapy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
crestal bone loss based on radiograph and screw loosening.Timepoint: baseline,3 months,6 months and after prosthesis placement.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
improvement in masticatory function and benefit to general public.Timepoint: baseline, 3 month,6months and after prosthesis placement.
