Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Patients undergoing Thoracotomy with DLT ASA Grade 1-3 Age > 18years of age and < 70 years BMI < 30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant Patients Patients with expected difficult laryngoscopy -neck extension < 35 -mandibular hyoid distance less than 6 cm -sternomental distance less than 12.5 Height <150
