Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting patients who had previously received azathioprine or currently on it attending the dermatology OPD during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who had received blood transfusions in the preceding 90-120 days will be excluded for enzyme activity studies
