Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient of both the genders under age group of 20-70 years will be included. Clinical symptoms with or without radiological changes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient below 20 year and above 70 year of age will be excluded. Patient suffering from paralysis. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cardiovasular diseasse, neoplastic disorders. Pregnancy Severly malnourished, debilitated Myopathy
