Control Intervention1: Pre-Transport checklist: This checklist will be used before transporting the patient.Details of this checklist will be used to check the complications have been reduced or not.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than or equal to 18 years. Transport of critically ill patients for diagnostic purpose, intra ICU,Surgery/ other interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group less than or equal to 18 years. Discharge against medical advice. Patients on room air.
