Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic permanent mature teeth with necrotic pulp and apical periodontitis associated with or without periapical radiolucency, no response of vital pulp with thermal test and electric pulp testing, no tooth mobility, and a pocket depth <3 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with medical conditions like cardiac problems, pregnant patients, diabetic patients, bleeding tendencies, HIV+ patients, hepatitis-B All patients will go through HIV screening
