Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Currently pregnant women 2. Women with a child aged 0-11 completed months 3. Women with a child aged 12-23 completed months 4. Women whose pregnancy terminated in an abortion / miscarriage or a still birth in the last one year 5. Front Line Workers (ASHA, Asha Sangini, ASHA Sangini Mentors, Anganwadi Worker and ANM) 6. Staff Nurses 7. Nurse Mentors 8. Medical Officers 9. Medical Officer In-Charge

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who has already completed 34 weeks of gestation 2. Women who had abortion/miscarriage/Still Birth in the last week preceding the survey
