Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals of age 18 to 50 years irrespective of sex,cast,and religions will be selected for the study. 2. person having mandagni will be selected for study on the basis of agnipareekshanpatrak.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual suffering from systemic disease and congenital anomalies. 2. Individual having tikshanagni,vishmagni and samagni. 3. Person who are under other treatment modalities. 4. Individual with asatmyatva of ghrita. 5. Individual having addiction of alcohol and tobacco. 6. Study will not conducted in varsha ritu.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of ghritpana in mandagni and This will be assessed by using standard agnipareekshanpatraka Timepoint: 28 days or till lakshana of samagni appears from mandagni

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To standardized how long it will take for mandagni to transform it into samagni with the help of ghritpana Timepoint: 1st follow up on - 7th day 2nd follow up on - 14th day 3rd follow up on- 21th day 4th follow up on -28th day
