Health Condition 1: M05- Rheumatoid arthritis with rheumatoid factor

Interventions

Intervention1: Gabapentin and Amitryptiline,in addition to conventional DMARDs: Gabapentin will be administered starting with a dose of 300mg once daily for 5 days followed by 300mg twice daily for 5

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2.Seropositivityie. rheumatoid factor positive 3.On DMARDs[single or combination] for more than 3 months 4.Pain Score ie.NRS more than 4/10 5.Presence of neuropathic components like complaints of burning ,tingling nature of pain, numbness, hyperaesthesia, distant pain, pain experienced in areas outside the affected joints etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute flare 2.Seronegativity 3.History of mental illness like MDP ,Schizophrenia or other psychoses 4.History of IHD, Ventricular conduction defects, Stroke, Liver disease, seizure disorders 5.Pregnancy
