Intervention1: 300 mg of ranitidine: other group will receive 300 mg of ranitidine orally two hours prior to scan in addition to 30ml of ferric ammonium chloride 1.06% (weight/volume) (DexorangeTM)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients above 18 years of age referred for magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with MRI incompatible implant or aneurysm/surgical clips or metallic sutures, 2. Patients with history suggestive of foreign body 3. Patients with prior hepatobiliary surgery/stenting 4. Scans of patient with poor quality due to other technical factors like movement artifact. 5. Patients allergic to haematinic syrup and/or ranitidine
