Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known patients of diabetes and uncontrolled systemic arterial hypertension.Dyspnoea resulting from cardiac origin, severe anemia with Hb%6.Age above 60 years and below 18 years,
