Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing abdominal, lower limb surgeries, requiring epidural anaesthesia. 2.Patientâ?? s body weight in the range of 15-40 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient/Parent refusal to participate in the study. 2. Patientâ??s body weight 40 kg. 3. Any infection at epidural site. 4. Presence of any spine deformity. 5. Coagulopathy (a) INR >1.5 (b)Platelets (c)Use of heparin within 6 hours of onset of surgery, warfarin or antiplatelets 6. Patient in shock, hypotension, sepsis
