Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 to 60 years of ASA physical status I and II with informed written consent posted for elective thyroid surgeries will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal -GI bleeding disorder - Allergy or sensitive to ketorolac, aspirin, or other NSAID - Severe Cardiac,Renal, Hepatic insufficiency - Coagulopathy, Severe bronchial asthma. -Radiotherapy -Previous analgesic and anti inflammatory treatment. -Neurological alteration. - Pregnancy n lactation
