Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group of 5 â?? 14 years 2.Sex : both genders 3.American society of anaesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I/II. 4.Patients undergoing Adenotonsilectomy surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with known allergy to study medication. 2.Children with devepolmental delay and mental retardation. 3.Liver, renal, cardiac, and respiratory disorders. 4.Children receiving medications known to interact with Dexmeditomidine such as furosemide, lorazepam and diphenhydramine
