Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All adult patients of age above 18 years 2. Receiving invasive mechanical ventilation via Endotracheal Tube 3.Undergoing SBT trial for >= 30 minutes- 120 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Tracheostomy or other alternative methods of ventilation. 2.Diagnosed with Neuromuscular disease, organophosphate poisoning. 3.Neurosurgical patients
