Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Consenting adult patients of either sex, with age 18 years to 60 years yrs with medically refractory seizure disorder coming for elective surgery in NSOT in our hospital 2. ASA grade I or II undergoing surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Refusal by the patient or patient relatives 2. Patients of age 60 years 3. pregnant and nursing mothers 4. Coronary artery disease 5. Renal dysfunction 6. ASA grade 3 and above 7. Patients on anti tubercular treatment 8. patients with hepatic dysfunction 9. Patients with hypoalbuminemia 10. Obese patients with BMI > 30 11. Allergy to anaesthetic drugs
